As per our amended by-law approved by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Article II (Membership) Section III clause 1, Regular membership is open to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) but not limited to the dependents of an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) worldwide including retired OFW.
For non-OFWs, you can start with the associate membership entry level and upgrade to regular member after two years.

Sandigan Ng OFW Multi-Purpose Cooperative is an association of OFW’s with a common bond of interest, who voluntarily joined together for the purpose of engaging in lawful business undertakings in preparation for our retirement or returning back to the Philippines for good.

REGIONAL COORDINATION CONCEPT
Our scope will cover all OFWs & their families residing in the 17 regions in the Philippines. Each region has a regional coordinator who spearheads the SOMPC regional programs.

SOMPC conducts trainings that spans from professional and skills enhancement for the OFWs.
